Residential Home Inspection
A residential home inspection is an objective visual examination of the structure and major functional components of a home. A standard home inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s roof, structural components, attic, ventilation, insulation, siding & other exterior components, porch & deck, garage, driveway, foundation, fireplace, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, sprinklers, interior, heating system, central air conditioning system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, the roof, attic and visible insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, the foundation, basement and structural components.
Home inspections help buyers determine whether there are any major defects or system inadequacies before they buy, and it minimizes any unpleasant surprises or significant financial burdens later on.
The goal of the inspector is to provide buyers with a better understanding of the physical condition of their prospective home so that they can make a more informed decision.
