Pool inspection
A swimming pool is a big investment that requires maintenance and upkeep. You need to know the current condition of the swimming pool, its components, and surrounding deck
& what it may need to ensure that it is safe and working efficiently.
Why do I need a pool inspection?
Our expert pool inspector provides a top to bottom evaluation of the pool along with all of the accompanying equipment (heater, pool lights, pool plumbing and pool electrical components). We also thoroughly check the decking, coping and the gates around the pool, as well as the mastic between the deck and pool coping. Our goal is to ensure that a homebuyer know the current condition of the swimming pool and whether it could use repairs, updates, or replacement parts to ensure that it is safe and working efficiently.
